At GameLab Outlet Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
